Construction continues on a new c-store at the Greenbrier exit in Huntsville, Alabama, for The Spencer Companies.
The Shell-branded convenience store will be located at at Swancott Road. It will have all of the latest and greatest amenities available in modern c-store designs, including LED lighting, a drive-through window and a full MinitMan Food Stores deli.
The facility will also offer CFN fueling.
Since the first of the year our crews have finished the building footings, roughed in the electrical and plumbing, set the foundation block, poured the building pad and set the entry doors, despite the unusually high amount of rain.
Construction is expected to be complete in May 2020.
