OEC has completed upgrades to Star Petroleum facilities in the Alabama cities of Troy and Verbena.
OEC constructed a diesel island with Gilbarco Ultra High Flow Encore 700 dispensers. Customers now have access to diesel, off-road diesel and ethanon-free gasoline.
