OEC is in the final stage of a tear down and rebuild of a c-store for Lion’s Pride in Prattville, AL.
This Chevron-branded 5,000 square-foot store will feature anything and everything the customer needs. Amenities include awesome food service, snacks and a liquor store. It will be a destination site for travelers to stop and visit.
The site will have (10) fuel dispensers out front with all grades of gas including non-ethanol products. There will be a trucking diesel island out to the side with DEF.
