Construction is nearly finished in McGehee, Arkansas, on a new, one-of-a-kind convenience store for Lipscomb Oil.
This store, designed by the group Paragon, will be branded Exxon and include a 29-degree beer cave and a fountain drink island that will blow you away. Other amenities include HUGE bathrooms and a dog park for travelers, giving the customer plenty of room to move around both inside and outside the building.
As you can see with the drone video, the two canopies offer plenty of room for cars to move freely around the lot. This store is setting a new standard for c-store designs.
