OEC is almost finished with work to remodel and expand a c-store in Greenwood, MS, owned by our friends at Lipscomb Oil.
The existing 1,800 square-foot building is getting a complete overhaul, expanding into a new 3,000 square-foot facility featuring modern designs, LED lighting, expanded restrooms, a new walk-in beer cave and more room for customers to move around inside.
The new facility will be branded as Parker’s Filling Station.
