OEC is in the process of razing and rebuilding a c-store in Birmingham for David Bowers.
The Shell-branded c-store located at 3030 12th Avenue North in Birmingham will be 3,900 square feet and will be located behind the existing c-store. OEC kept the original c-store in operation as long as possible.
The new c-store will feature six new dispensers and a new canopy. Construction is expected to be complete by November 1, 2022.
