OEC is almost finished razing and rebuilding a c-store in Birmingham for David Bowers.
The Shell-branded c-store located at 3030 12th Avenue North in Birmingham will be 3,900 square feet and will be located behind the existing c-store. OEC kept the original c-store in operation as long as possible.
Inside the new c-store offers modern conveniences and Hunt Brothers Pizza. Outside customers are greeted with 12 fueling points and a new canopy.
The Norwood Neighborhood Committee expressed their thanks to David Bowers and OEC for the new store in the neighborhood. OEC appreciates the opportunity to serve David and his customers.
