OEC has finished constructing a new c-store for McCullough Oil Co. in Irondale, Alabama.
The new 3,498 square foot facility is located on Grants Mill Road. It features all of the modern facility enhancements including LED lighting and customer-friendly layouts.
On the outside customers are offered 16 fueling positions.
This project was a “raze and rebuild” but with a twist – OEC constructed the new c-store just feet behind the existing building. This allowed for the customer to continue to serve his customers during much of the initial stages of construction. The facility was only closed for the final 12 weeks of the construction process.
